Sobre a remuneração dos corretores
A CAIXA paga à contratada uma remuneração correspondente a 5% do valor de venda do imóvel, descontados os impostos devidos, após a apresentação da matrícula com o registro da compra e venda e transferência de titularidade IPTU.

Todos os imóveis vão ser vendidos no ambiente online da Caixa. Ou seja, o corretor de imóveis vai trabalhar de forma remota as suas vendas.
Para ajudar com isso, será disponibilizado todo o suporte e credibilidade da Caixa para alavancar as negociações.
