Casapatio traz casas com qualidade em grandes terrenos, a um custo acessível
A Alea, startup da Construtora Tenda dedicada à construção de casas em condomínio fechado, anuncia o lançamento da Casapatio, nova marca focada em vender e construir unidades em loteamentos abertos.
“Para quem sempre sonhou com a casa própria, muito espaço e privacidade, a Casapatio surge como a grande opção nas cidades que muitas vezes não têm ofertas deste tipo de imóvel. As casas são todas construídas em nossa fábrica, o que permite entregarmos um produto de muita qualidade e de forma rápida, tornando a Casapatio uma opção muito segura. A generosidade do quintal foi o que inspirou o nome da marca, pois entendemos que é no pátio onde a diversão acontece. Pensamos em trazer um lado lúdico e emocional, permitindo que a casa cresça junto com os sonhos dos nossos clientes”, diz Luis Martini, COO (Diretor de Operações) da Alea.
Para chegar a esta oferta, a Casapatio atua numa nova linha de projeto, comprando lotes prontos ou fazendo parcerias em loteamentos já aprovados. Isso acelera a esteira de lançamentos da empresa, reduzindo os prazos de legalização de uma média de 24 a 36 meses para algo em torno de 2 meses. Além disso, com mais agilidade na entrega, também acelera o pós-ocupação nos bairros, elevando o patamar de bem-estar social dos moradores da região. “Com este novo negócio, vamos acelerar também nossa produção e fortalecer nossa ambição de nos tornarmos referência de moradia de qualidade para as cidades do interior de São Paulo”, finaliza Martini.
As casas são semelhantes às da Alea: unidades de 44 ou 47 metros quadrados construídos – incluindo opções para PNE (pessoas com necessidades especiais) –, com dois quartos e valor médio de venda entre R$ 160 mil a R$ 240 mil, enquadrados no Programa Minha Casa, Minha Vida. Mas, além de virem em terrenos de até 200 m², as casas serão inteiramente construídas na fábrica – das paredes ao telhado.
O primeiro projeto Casapatio está sendo lançado este mês (março), na cidade de Luiz Antônio, região metropolitana de Ribeirão Preto (SP), com 94 lotes.
